Dr Olumuyiwa David Samuel studied Accountancy from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Nigeria. He badged Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education and Leadership from Perfection Christian University of Theology, Nigeria. He received Masters in Christian Education from Wisdom Bible University, South Africa. He received an honorary Doctorate Degree of Divinity from Indiana Christian University, USA. He is an alumni of PlusAfri Institute of Digital Skills having been certified with Professional Diploma in Computer and Digital Skills. He is a Chartered Chaplain with professional certification from International School of Chaplaincy, Florida, USA.

Chaplain Dr. Olumuyiwa is the presiding Apostle of Chosen People Assembly, Nigeria and Chaplain Commander-General, Brotherly Love International Missionary Chaplain. He is the current CEO, PlusAfri Global Network. A multi-talented minister of God who is known as a public speaker with specialization in Digitalized Christian Counseling and Education. He is the Global President, BAPEP Int'l Network. Dr Olumuyiwa is a sought-after Consultant in matters related to computerization, digitalization and commercialization of Ministry related ventures.

He is the current President/Chancellor of Chosen Life Christian University. He’s nominee of the prestigious award of Professorial Ambassadorial Fellow, Institute of Christian Theologians, Scholars and Professionals (ICTSP).
